My personal goal is to try my hardest to make each customer happy. I do this by providing quality professional work at a fair price. Derek does great work! My driveway and sidewalks look like they did 15 years ago. I also was impressed with the ease of contacting Derek. I did not have to meet him at my house - he took care of the job while I was at work. I will refer all my friends to him!

Derek responded to my request immediately. He did a great job cleaning my driveway and sidewalks. Derek is very professional and responsible. I have already recommended him to my neighbors and co-workers. I will be calling him back in the near future to clean my home and roof.

Derek’s pressure cleaning of our home’s driveway and patio area in the back yard exceeded our expectations. I have tried to clean the concrete mildew in the past, and didn’t come anywhere close to what he was able to accomplish. Derek provided a much needed facelift to the surfaces, and did it without any disruption to our landscape. In addition to his attention to detail, he was flexible on schedule and provided a very professional service. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Derek cleaned my driveway, walkways, pool deck, deck frame and screens. His work is top quality, he is very thorough and his rates are very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone in need of any of his services.

Derek did a wonderful job on our split level house. The lanai looks brand new and people think we painted the trims. Derek even got rid of of the pesky MUD DAUBER NESTS. Those things are very difficult to get rid of and he did it better than anyone has. Even the hard to reach ones were cleaned away. That alone was worth it. Derek is highly professional and offers high quality service at a great price. We would not hesitate to use him again!!!
